LCHSABC Booster Club Scholarship

LCHS Athletic Booster Club Scholarships – 4 @ $500

Criteria: A high school graduating senior at Loudoun County HS, who has earned at least one varsity letter, who will be committing to enroll in an institution of higher learning by May 1, 2022 and whose family is a member of the LCHS Athletic Booster Club*

Submit an essay of 500 words or less pertaining to their athletic experience at LCHS – Must be on the topic of “How have high school athletics prepared me for the future?”  

Citizenship, sportsmanship in the athletic environment, conduct in and out of school and athletics, as well as leadership qualities will all be considered as criteria in addition to essay thoroughness

                                                                       Applicants should put student ID not their name on the essay

The LCHS Athletic Booster Club generously endows these scholarships.  The selection committee is comprised of the LCHS Athletic Department, teachers, and staff.

Scholarships will be presented at the Senior Awards Ceremony

Deadline: Essays can be emailed to kate.cassidy@lcps.org, brought to the athletic office, or  mailed to LCHS c/o Kate Cassidy, 415 Dry Mill Road, Leesburg VA 20175.
