In an effort to come out of the winter break healthy, practice has been canceled for tomorrow, Monday, January 2.

Swimmers are encouraged to use the time to rest leading into school and to be ready to go on Tuesday. Normal practice schedule will resume on Tuesday, January 3.

Athletes who are staying in town are encouraged to attend Winter Break practices. Athlete's traveling for the Holidays are excused but encouraged to swim if they have access to a pool facility.

Swimmers & Parents - Please see a few swim team updates and reminders below.

1. Athletic Fee is now option on SchoolCashOnline. You can visit the link here to pay the $75 athletic fee. Swimmers must have fee submitted in order to compete. Questions? Direct them to Athletic Office.
2. Student Transportation Agreement was sent home last Thursday with team packets. For those who have not turned them in, they will be due Wednesday, Nov 16 to Coach Jay. Link is available under Team Files.
3. Swimmer Insight Sheet was completed at the team meeting Friday, Nov. 11. If your swimmer did not complete, please have them complete ASAP. Link is available in Team Files.
4. Team Warm-Ups - will be issued before practice tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 15 @ 8:00 PM
5. Team Pictures - Meet near Cafeteria at 4:45 PM, ready for pictures by 5:00 PM
6. Winter Sports Parent Meeting - Wednesday, Nov. 16 @ 7:00 PM - Parents & Athletes expected to attend

  • The quick turnaround time is due to supply chain, trying to get suits in by our first swim meet, and spirit wear coming in at a reasonable time during the season. Thanks for understanding!

Please ensure all online registration and physical forms are turned into the LCHS Athletic Office before the end of the school day on Monday, November 7. Coaches do not accept materials. Completed materials are required in order to tryout for the team.
